MVC Broadcaster Kevin Lehman

At the Halfway Point

(St. Louis, MO) – Missouri Valley Conference teams have reached the halfway point of this extremely entertaining and competitive conference schedule. During last weekend’s games three of the six conference matchups were viewed by crowds in excess of 6,000. MVC broadcaster Kevin Lehman was at one of those games and helps us break down the first half of the Valley race.

Lehman is a 24-veteran of basketball coaching and is on the call for most of the Valley’s biggest games. He and play-by-play partner Clay Matvick were on the call for Saturday’s overtime thriller between Bradley and Indiana State and will be right back at the Hulman Center this weekend for the first place battle between Drake and the Sycamores.

He is an MVC expert and enthusiast. We talked about the first half and what we expect to happen during ‘side B’ of this long play album of hits.

MVC broadcaster Kevin Lehman talks about the highly competitive Missouri Valley Conference.

Flooding, lightning strikes, etc. have cost @RacersHoops two home games. Had to play 'neutral site' tonight instead of at home and Wednesday's goes from home to away. Tough break for the Racers, and the whole area has been hit with difficulties. #FatherHarry

Murray State's scheduled home game Wednesday vs. Southern Illinois being moved to Banterra Center in Carbondale. #ValleyHoops

Gigantic game for @BradleyUMBB today in Des Moines. If they have a chance to catch @DrakeBulldogsMB, they have to win today. The Bulldogs can basically win the title today. @BustingBrackets breaks it all down. #FatherHarry https://bit.ly/3EGiVgi

Not rooting for any particular @ValleyHoops, but chaos is always fun. If things break certain ways, after today there could be a six-way tie for fifth place.
